Words On Grief
The opposite of grief is eternity. It is being able to hold onto the love that we felt forever.

The opposite of grief is eternity.
It is being able to hold onto the love that we feel forever.
It is being able to feel the warmth of a joy, always,
and not its gradual fading away.
Grief is like a stranger who has moved into our heart,
and made themselves a home there.
It is like the feeling of cold hands,
like colour fading from a photo.
It is being soft,
and frail,
and new,
a child again,
born for the first time.
